LHYD Stand-alone Deduster

Lhyd single machine dust remover is a mobile dust remover carefully improved by Lihui company according to the requirements of customers for large air volume, small volume and flexible use, combined with more than ten years of industry design experience. It is suitable for dust removal in different industrial applications. It is characterized by continuous and high filtration speed to collect and process dust. Its operation principle is: under the suction action of the centrifugal fan, a large negative pressure is formed in the dust collector. The air flow containing dust enters the dust collector from the dust suction pipe. The clean air can pass through the filter bag into the air purification chamber and be evacuated from the air outlet. The dust is intercepted by the filter bag and attached to the outer surface of the filter bag. The pulse ash cleaning device inside the dust collector vibrates and expands the filter bag to make the dust attached to the surface loose and fall off, so as to achieve ash cleaning. It is precisely because of the strong pulse ash cleaning system that lhyd series dust removers have been kept in a safe, continuous and reliable operation under the state of low resistance.
